If a product is showing as "In stock", our Grips4less team works super hard to ship the same day when you place your order by 12pm PT. 

If a product is not showing as "In stock" or "pre-order" typically it will ship within 3-5 business days. If there is a longer delay, we will reach out to you with options for you to choose.

When will my order ship?

We receive shipments almost daily!  If you see an out-of-stock item available for "pre-order", often times it may ship in 3-5 business days after you place your order.  However, given the volatility of the golf manufacturing world we do see some products with unforeseen extensive delays.  If that happens, not to worry!  We'll contact you with options including substitutes or canceling.

When are you expecting a restock?

Returns can be made on non-personalized items and non-assembled items within 60 days after you've received the original order. Items are only accepted on unopened and unused products. Items must be returned in the original packaging.  The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund ($11 for standard size packages, $13 for non-standard size packages such as golf shafts). If the items received are not in new/unused condition, we reserve the right to send the items back to you, or deduct a restocking fee from your refund. 

Assembled shafts cannot be returned.

What is your return policy

We cannot guarantee making changes as our awesome Grips4less team works super fast to get orders out quickly.  But if your order has not been shipped, we will do our absolute best to sort through our packages to locate it.  Please email help@grips4less.com quickly with ALL these details on how to change your order:

1.) Full name, email address & order number
2.) Quantity and products to add
3.) Which item(s) to remove

Note that once we start this process of making a change it may cause a 1-2 business day delay as we need to find your package and amend the order.  

If it's too late to change, you can always start a return on non-assembled items once you receive it.  Please note any duplicate requests will create a delay in response.

Can I change my order?

You can contact us directly by emailing help@grips4less.com or text 818-873-6561 with your name and order number if applicable.  
We work weekdays from 9am-5pm PST. Please give us up to 48 hours to reply. We hired some extra staff to help us out. Her name is Malibu :-)
