Can I change my order?

We cannot guarantee making changes as our team works super fast to get orders out.  But if your order has not been shipped we will do our best to sort through our packages to locate it. Please provide us with the all the modification details asap to [email protected].  Note that once we start this process of making a change it may cause a 1-2 business day delay as we need to find your package and amend the order.   We will need ALL this information: 

1.) full name, email & order number

2.) items to add

3.) items to delete


Can I cancel my order?

While we do our best to process cancellation requests, our shipping team works fast, and we cannot guarantee that your order will be canceled. 

IF we are able to locate the package and stop it you would have 3 options:

1.) There would be a 5% cancellation-processing fee (bank processing fee and small amount of labor).  This would be deducted from the refund.
2.) Modify your order (change quantities/models) to correct what you need
3.) Leave the order as is and ship!
